This model enables us to offer a highly specialised recruitment service that not only sources the most suitable candidate for our clients, but also ensures the most appropriate and highly cost effective rapid personal development for the chosen candidate, which aids them in seamlessly integrating into their new environment.

Exclusive to placements made using this model, a 180 day guarantee is offered, while further as part of the placement process and depending on the level of the candidate, either a 6-month coaching contract or a series of development modules on key leadership and management competencies is offered.

TPBG understands that it is management and leadership behavioural competencies that drive both the development of solid interpersonal relationships as well as in turn functional efficiency in people and that the return of investment on behavioural change, driven by individual ownership, far outweighs fleeting motivational intervention. TPBG is a market leader in behavioural competency assessment and has developed a behavioural competency assessment tool (The Ladder of Leadership Competencies ©, which is based on the Levels of Work model developed by Professor Gillian Stamp) which revolutionises the unlocking of leadership growth potential. The results of such an assessment are matched with strategically focused programmes that practically address specific issues and skills required, while stretching, growing and maturing the candidate. This assessment forms foundation on which the development that follows is based.

Working in partnership with our Coaching Fraternity, we offer the services of experienced Executive Leadership Coaches and Facilitators. Through working with a professional Executive Personal & Leadership Coach or Facilitator, each successful applicant is thus enabled to more effectively assimilate into the client's environment. A dedicated focus is made in ensuring the development of appropriate behavioural and business focused skills that are aligned with the requirements of the position and the environment. Feedback and updates are provided to the key sponsor regarding the progress made to towards the achievement of identified goals. Once established within the environment, and where appropriate and agreed upon, 360° surveys are also conducted as part of the process, to track the individuals perceived development over time.

In summary the Integrated Recruitment Model therefore addresses the following:

  • A true strategic partnership is established with the client and the candidate;
  • Joint commitment between client and TPBG for the success of the candidate;
  • Constant contact is maintained with both the candidate and the client in terms of follow up, feedback and evaluation;
  • Relieves the bottom line cash flow pressure of up-front once off payment by client, as the model offers a flexible payment plan which is available to the client with a 180 day guarantee period, exclusive to this model.

This service is only offered to clients on an exclusive assignment basis. The cost of the recruitment and the coaching intervention combined is 25% of the annual total cost to company package.
