Leadership Coaching Room

Rather than binding individuals to a full coaching intervention, this offering includes greater flexibility to executives while in turn promoting greater feasibility for the organisation investing in the intervention.

Based upon the needs identified, consulting time is made available over an initial 6-month period which, due to economies of scale, has proven to be an exceptionally cost saving way of effectively introducing high powered Executive Personal and Leadership Coaching sessions into an organisation.

The client invests in a block of agreed upon and specified coaching hours per month depending on need. The hours can be used by the executives as and when needed. A Leadership Coach is assigned to the client and is available for Individual Leadership Coaching sessions at regular and specified time periods.

Executives reserve coaching sessions in advance, once available dates are communicated. The coach's availability is made known to all potential participants simultaneously. Coaching slots are then scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

As an example, coaching sessions can take place at the client's premises for a total of 8 hours monthly, and participants would be booked in for private and confidential 2-hour sessions with the Leadership Coach on an ad hoc basis.

Although the face-to-face discussions are limited to the on-site coaching time that is allocated, unlimited telephonic support and the research and development team would be available for the duration of the Coaching Room agreement.

More and more executives are making use of ad-hoc coaching services in order to:

  • Actively encourage the individually identified growth and the upliftment of skills and abilities within the
    current team.
  • Provide individual insight, support and challenges for all willing participants.
  • Ascertain the actual individual requirements necessary for development.
  • Ensure a mature level of conversation to uplift the current working relationship of the team.

Each intervention is made measurable due to the following:

  • All delegates are encouraged to develop and individual Leadership Coaching plan with identifiable
    measurable results.
  • Regular coaching sessions for all willing delegates are set up over a 6-month period and provide opportunity
    to identify individual demands
