ROGER LLOYD

Roger Lloyd graduated with a BA Social Sciences (majoring in Psychology and Sociology) from the University of Natal in 1965 and moved straight into the corporate world as a Personnel Officer. Having close on 40 years business experience, Roger has gained extensive expertise in the fields of Human Resources, Personnel, Training, Organisational Development and Management in his career. He has worked in a variety of industries ranging from mining, retail, security, ICT and manufacturing. He has held mainly Director and General Management positions within the Human Resources area and has various achievements at the companies he has worked in, ranging from the implementation and creation of Succession Planning systems, Change Management programmes, HR Strategies and Performance Management systems.

Roger’s further qualifications include:
