Cheryl Katzen has a BA (Hons) in Industrial Psychology and has extensive experience in medium to large companies as a Human Resources Generalist. She has participated at a management team level, heading up the Human Resources function and developing and implementing Human Resources processes at a strategic level. Further to this, Cheryl spent a year developing specialist knowledge of Compensation and Benefit practices. Cheryl has experience in many industries over a 15 year working career, including Retail, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

Cheryl has been sub-contracting to TPBG since the beginning of 2005 as the Senior Human Resources Consultant/Manager and brings a wealth of HR Skills to the team. In order to further develop her passion for people and their development within the business environment, Cheryl enrolled in the Leadership Coaching Academy to train as a Coach. This is a natural path for her to follow in order to enhance her mentoring and coaching skills and align with a professional organisation with proven methodologies.
